[GREATER BOSTON AREA, MA] [August 23rd, 2026] - SNAKE Magazine is reflecting on a memorable night following the birthday celebration for Founder & President Kevin Small Jr., held on Friday, August 21st, at MIXX360 Nightlife in Malden, Massachusetts. Hosted alongside local event promoters as part of a joint nightlife showcase, the evening featured custom promotional billing and VIP table hosting, while remaining open to the general public for a dynamic night of music, culture, and community.
The event underscored the strong bridge between Boston and the North Shore, which is central to Small Jr.’s leadership and civic presence. Small Jr., who formerly served as Vice Chair of the City of Malden Police Community Advisory Council and remains an active member of the Malden Chamber of Commerce, has continually reinforced the publication's regional ties. Earlier this year, the Malden Chamber received distribution of Volume 3, Issue 1 in January 2026, followed by Volume 3, Issue 2 just recently, anchoring the magazine's presence within the local business and civil sector.
The celebration at MIXX360 served not only as a moment of appreciation as the publication heads into the fall, but also as an unmistakable marker of personal maturity and professional evolution as Small Jr. hopes to step into a new chapter.
